Hello, i have been having an issue with withdrawing my winnings. After the first 5 days had gone by i reached out to live chat as i was just curious if there was something i needed to submit, i was told that it was being processed today on their side and was quickly pushed aside. That was fine but then after 11 days of it still not moving past "requested" i went back on the chat and was told "nope its all been processed on our side". So then i emailed support instead of going into chat to find out that they needed all my verification documents. Still don't know why no one emailed or tried to contact me prior to this but was very upset that on 2 different occasions i was told by live chat that it went through already. Anyways i submitted everything right away and then talked on the phone to certify everything i submitted was true and then was told "he was handing over to the financial department". But now after another 5 days has passed its still only at "requested" stage, no call, no email, complete silence. Askgamblers can you please help me find out the status on my withdrawal

Still have not heard from them and the withdrawal still says "requested".
