Have not received my withdrawal payout from RBC of $2,500
I have been constantly emailing RBC regarding my payout withdrawal request, have sent all documents required and also requested by RBD for ID requrements, have also emailed all departments within RBC and all email addresses I have found that RBC uses have sent all my information I have now received confirmation that my ID documents are now verified and also my bank details have also been added and updated to my casino account and that I should expect my payment of $2,500 within the next few days.
I have had international bank transfers from family members go into my bank account within 24hours of them sending me money it shows as pending but not yet available. Yet RBC are telling me my withdrawal has been processed? But no money in my bank account?
I then decided to log onto my RBC account to find that when I go into withdrawal payout requests it is showing that I have no money in my RBC account now, not even the $4 something I left in my casino account as you are only aloud to withdraws in $2500 increments.
It also states that my payout withdrawal has been rejected? Yet they have sent me a email stating they have transferred my money into my bank account? Why is it not showing it is as if they have wiped my whole account of all my funds?
