Withdrawal declined with no further information and proofs


Hello. I made my account to 24bettle 19.3.2018 and i made my first withdrawal at same day.
I send all the documents what they need.
Then without any information my withdr­awa­l(7­49e­uro­s)b­ounced back on my account and withdrawal was declined or cancelled.
Then they start argue that i have multipple accounts there, and that is a lie. I am 100% sure about that.
I ask them to send me some documents that shows me having multipple accounts and they answer that "we are not able to provide personal details on other linked accounts". So they can just say without any evidence that someone having multipple accounts? That is unbelievable. And a lie.
Now they frozen my account and says that they will no longer reply to enquiries in regards to my account closure.
So now i am very perplexed and need help.

I have just received word from our financial department. The first attempt of your withdraw unfortunately bounced back to us.

It was done again yesterday, on the 15th of April. Please allow between 2 to 5 business days for the money to show up on your account.
