Withdrawal delay

I played with bonus money and completed the wagering requirements and then when i wanted to withdraw a tiny amount. it said that my withdraw had to get approval, ok i understand that but its been 2 days and nothing. I try contacting customer service but no answer. Its live chat doesn´t work. I am beginning to think that this site is a scam. I wouldn´t advise anyone to deposit here.
