Hi, i open an account on fonecasino in 7 august , and use for the first time in that casino a coupon OLYMPIA , witch was 10 free spins. I win and met the wager requirement to make a withdraw in the maximum 150€ .I have a screenshot with that movements. The withdraw was declined because they said that i have accounts in others casinos of the same group of casino witch i gambled before and use no deposit coupons in those .
I dont have the blame that the fonecasino has sister casinos and i´m asking to they pay what they own me.

Dear Rui,

The Lotus Players Club terms refer to your casino account. You have 1 account (with 1 email address, 1 password, 1 username, etc.) and on this account you have claimed multiple free bonuses, which is not allowed as per term:
17. No Player may redeem two non deposit bonuses consecutively. However, if a Player succeeds in doing so, then any winnings will be forfeited.

Dear sir:

I open an account in fonecasino in 7 august , and use in the sameday a coupon only once in that casino. So in the fonecasino , and i´m talking just about this one, i dont have claimed multiple free bonus like you said just once OLYMPIA , witch was 10 free spins .
i dont have guilt that if there are more than one casino in your group. I think that Lotus Players Club isnt one casino but three . each of one should have is onw independence bonus register.
