Repeated cancellation of withdrawal requests

My withdrawal has now been cancelled three separate times. Each time I contact customer support, I am told that I cancelled the withdrawal myself. This is simply not true. I have never cancelled any of these withdrawal requests.

It is extremely frustrating to repeatedly submit withdrawal requests only to have them cancelled without my authorization, while receiving the same explanation every time. This situation has caused unnecessary delays and has significantly reduced my confidence in this casino and its withdrawal process.
