Delayed withdrawal
Hello,
I requested a withdrawal at WishCasino on Apr 13, 2025, 12:02:45 PM and it has now been pending for 48 hours. Whenever I contact support to get an update, the only information I am receiving is that there has been a "slight delay".
- The casino has a "Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)" page where it says: "Generally, requests for withdrawal of funds are processed within 2-3 hours during the business hours of 11:00 to 20:00 Greenwich time, Monday through Sunday. However, under circumstances of increased workload, this time can be slightly increased".
- The casino also has a section on their "Terms & Conditions" page where it says: "Withdrawn funds will be debited from Your Wish Casino Account within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the moment of receiving Your withdrawal request and/or two days (48 hours) after the last withdrawal request was paid out in case all requirements in clause 7.2 are fulfilled".
This is my first withdrawal at the casino. My account is fully verified. It seems to me that the casino is currently not following their own terms of services. I am starting to become impatient as well as concerned that the casino is simply looking for some reason to not accept my my withdrawal or hoping that I will cancel it my self and gamble the money away.
Any help would be appreciated.
