Withdrawal rejected and winnings forfeited with an unreal explenation

Hi,

First of all thank you very much for your hard work and help, you already helped me few years ago when a casino tried a similar robbery, i got back my winnings after all, it was a relief.

So here is the situation, i'm a Winzter VIP client since December. I made over 7000€ deposits in the last few months, 0 withdrawal, i ended up losing every time. Last month, i finally ended up winning big, i reached 13.300€ yesterday ( hopefully i kept a screenshot, 'cause i was proud of it ), and it was all of my real money, all the bonus i received recently were incomplete ( lost ), and i can proof it as well.

So here's the story, this morning i wake up and notice that my winnings went from 13.300€ to 3900€ and all my withdrawals were cancelled ( i had 5 pending withdrawals 'cause Winzter doesn't allow more than 500€/withdrawal ), i panicked and checked my emails immediatly, here's the message i received :

"Dear Luca

I hope this message finds you well.

Regarding your recent winnings from the " Deposit Bonus 1-2 May" we would like to bring to your attention the terms and conditions governing deposit bonuses, specifically section 7.10, which states:
"The maximum amount that can be won from any bonus is strictly limited to ten times the initial bonus or cash amount received."

As a result, the maximum withdrawal amount permitted from this bonus is €500. Consequently, your recent withdrawal request will be declined, and the excess funds will be forfeited in accordance with our policy. The remaining €500 will be retained in your account balance, and you may proceed to submit a new withdrawal request for this amount.

Additionally, we have left you with the winnings that you received before wagering the bonus.

Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you.

Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a pleasant day ahead.''

See, the agent is talking about winnings from the 1-2 May deposit, an incomplete bonus that i NEVER wagered, and even if hé was talking about a previous bonus he would still be wrong as all my previous bonus are incomplete, all were lost way before being even close to being wagered, there's no possible confusion. It's extremely easy to proof that my winnings came from my real money not this bonus, so i don't understand how could they dare to commit this robbery with such an absurd made up excuse ?

I sent a message to my vip manager and discussed the matter with the vip customer service, but i'm feeling like that they can't help and that i'll have to rely on you once again to fairly get back what i deserved and earned.

Here are all the screenshots that proof my points ( the first screenshot was taken yesterday, the second one this morning after over 10.000€ were forfeited from my winnings), and once again thank you, you're lifesavers.

They sent an email after all, here it is. Absolutely no justification to the confiscation of my winnings, but trying to still sound fair by announcing that they'll refund my deposits Still waiting for that refund of all my deposits, i didn't receive the real amount yet. Anyway, still an injustified robbery and I'm banned from all their websites ( including Tenobet for exemple ) like of i was the thief here.

Furthermore, the vip manager blocked me when i asked what happened. Seriously, have someone ever seen something like this ? Even a mafia wouldn't dare to act like this.

I can't even log in anymore, here is the last screenshot from my account. They probably froze my account to avoid paying me, i've never seen such an attempted robbery in over 15 year of experience on numerous casinos... It's truly unbelievable.
