Ridiculous waiting time for withdrawal

What started from a one day wait has now turned into 8.
I sent all documents needed. All accepted.
Monday I was told I had to change my payment options. I did. They said it will take 4 days.
The next day I was asked to upload my documents. Again I did. Then told it will be another 5 days.
No answer on phone or emails now.
