Holding £1,500 win for weeks

I fairly won £1500, on going to the cashier section to withdraw it said account access locked and contact support. By this point all ID they asked for had been submitted.

I contacted support with a screenshot and they told me to upload 3 months of bank statements. That was done.

I then recieved an email saying my account is now fully verified and i can request my winnings. However it is still locked and saying contact support. This was the 14th March, i have emailed many times since but no answer at all. I just want my winnings!
