Withdrawal approved but waiting 13 days now and nothing came

So as title says, I’m waiting 13 days for my withdraw to be received on my bank account.

I requested a payout over 200€. I chose the money to be withdrawn via trustly.

I made some other withdrawals before and everything was perfectly fine and I received the money almost instant. But my last withdrawal over 200€ was made on 16.4.2021.

The withdraw was approved but I received nothing. I contacted the support via live chat and also via mail. Everything they say is, that It is reviewed from the Financial Department and That they want to contact me via mail. I also send them a statement from my bank account that I never received the said withdraw. I’m waiting 13 days now and I can’t not understand why it is taking so long to be „reviewed“. They never contact me via mail and everything they say is to have more patience, but I can and will not wait anymore.
