Winludu has not paid my withdrawals


I managed to won couple thousand euros from slots. I have made a completed withdraw once before and my account is verified. After my winnings I tried to make the withdrawals to the credit card I used to make the deposit on March 22. It took some time and the withdrawals were still in the state of awaiting approval. I got the answer that there is a problem with withdrawals to credit cards.


5th of April I got email saying the problems are over and my money is on the way. However it never came and Winludu said the problems with credit cards came back, and I should make the withdrawals with bank transfer.


I tried to do that and suddenly my account was not-verified. Some messages later they verified me again. I then tried to make the withdrawals with bank transfer (first one 22nd of April). The withdrawals are still in the state of "awaiting approval" and the casino won't answer my messages.


Usually it took 3-7 days to get an answer but now the last message I got from them was on 28th of April, saying my account is verified and I am free to deposit funds. I have the messages and screenshots of the withdrawals in my email for proof.


It is now the 20th of May and I have been waiting my withdrawals for two months. Way over what they say in their site.

We have been having difficulties with paying out players back to their credit/debit cards.

The financial department has confirmed to me that you have provided a bank account to which we can payout.

We assure you that in 72 hours you will be paid out.
