I am having some troubles with WinBritish Casino. Shortly after providing my verification documents I received an email from WinBritish stating my account had been restricted due to “player protection” reasons.
Subsequently I have been in email contact with WinBritish with regards to the outstanding balance on my account of £2470.10 - as I have requested they process a withdrawal. I have provided the following documentation which I believe quite clearly proves my ID, and payment method. Yet they are still refusing payment for no legitimate reason.
Documents provided include:
Proof of ID - Front & Back of driving licence
Proof of Address - Bank Statement (Jan - Feb 2022)
Evidence of transactions/deposits made to WinBritish via a statement from Santander
Proof of Payment Method - An image of the front of my card ending 2541 - middle 8 digits have been blacked out as requested.
Proof of cards linked to my Apple Pay - The only card linked to my apple pay is the card above ending 2541. You can also see on this screen shot I have sent WinBritish the card is in my name and is associated to the above address.
Proof of the unique device account number - Which is associated to the above card ending 2541.
I have chased WinBritish regarding the withdrawal but have had no response in 3 days. I have also submitted a formal complaint directly to the company but again, have heard nothing.
I would appreciate it if you could ask why my withdrawal has not been processed and why all email correspondence is ignored.
