Refused to verify account to process my withdrawals
I have been a customer of william hill online for many years!. Previously a Verified customer, Had no issue's previously until the 23rd of November 2024, When i made 3 deposits to my online William hill account, There was zero restrictions in making any deposit's to my william hill account, Then when it came to making withdrawal's i noticed that the withdrawals were stuck on just processing and i went to their live chat to find out why that is and i was told by an live chat agent from william hill that there is restrictions on my account and had to send william hill my documents in which they required in order to process my three withdrawals of £50, £60 and £40. which is a total of £150 despite depositing £90. I supplied them with every single document they wanted on the same day i withdrew these funds (23rd November). And today is day number 8 and i have been told all sorts of lies by their william hill agents on the live chat that. Ive been told rest assured it will take 24 hours for the documents will be looked into and verified and money will be processed upon approval of documents which was a lie. the next agent told me that there is no timeframe on how much longer it will take for them to resolve this and ive been back and forth for 8 days running to be told the same old thing. All i want is my £150 i have withdrawn on the 23rd of November no ifs not butts But they are stalling and now refuse to respond to me on live chat and i have had zero correspondence via email I have been left in limbo.
