My deposit is not credited. On January 19, I made my second deposit at Wilderino Casino. He never showed up on my account. Didn't receive a reasonable response when contacting support. I have presented a receipt for payment. All in vain. I have not received a satisfactory answer. I ask you to help me in this matter. I am enclosing the payment receipt.

Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team. In the first lines of my answer, I would like to express my deep gratitude to you for your help in solving problems between players and casino operators. Only thanks to your help my problem was solved so quickly. Otherwise, according to the casino operator, I would have had to wait ten days for a solution to this simple issue.

Dear Wilderino Casino representative thank you for the quick solution to my problem. I am sincerely sorry that our acquaintance was overshadowed by such an unpleasant incident. I am glad that you fixed the problem of accepting payments on your part and there will be no more incomprehensible failures in the process of crediting funds.
Hopefully this will not have a detrimental effect on our deals. In the future, I hope to solve such problems as quickly and without third party exposure.
