Withdrawal declined, no communication
I beat the wager on my first coupon. I spoke to support and they confirmed that I can withdraw the funds. I did submit my withdrawal and sent in my verification documents, but for some reason they declined the withdrawal. The funds are still in my account but they changed my status which prevents me from speaking to live chat or withdrawing my winnings as I have been able to do before.
I have not received any response tk my verification either.
I beat the wager at slots Garden with my initial bonus. They were helpful and as soon as I sent my bank details to them, I received numerous emails from them and their affiliates, informing me that my accounts are verified.
I did not receive a mail like this from wild Vegas and I am still unable to communicate with them,as they don't respond to my mails. I haven't received any reason for my withdrawal being declined either.
Please assist me in resolving this issue. I could deposit if required, but I don't want to take the risk in having the winnings voided as a result and I don't receive any responses from them when I enquire about what's going on.
