$10,000 withdrawal delay
I requested 5 separate withdrawals for $2,500 each on February 18th after a few large winnings. There was no bonus or free chips involved, this was money from my credit card. Total amount requested was $12,500. Wild Vegas is making it very difficult/impossible for me to receive this money. We are now at about 6 weeks since the withdrawal requests and I have only received $2,500 so Wild Vegas still has $10,000 they don’t seem to want to pay.
Here are all the relevant dates. On Feb 18th, I requested 5 separate withdrawals of $2,500 each. Nothing was processed until March 8th, which is 12 business days. Website regulations state all withdrawals reviewed within 7 days. I was told on chat it is 7 to 10 days, not 12! On March 8th, a withdrawal of $1,250 was approved and the remaining $1,250 submitted by the finance group back to the processing queue. When I went to chat about what had happened, I was told it was a problem finding a processor and I am not a VIP player – I was a VIP until I won the money and all of sudden, I am not a VIP? What happened.
One week later (March 15th) a withdrawal of $2,500 was denied and put back into the processing queue. When I went to chat, I was told my license was expiring within 30 days so that is why it was decline. Nobody sent me an email or called to let me know though? I sent a photo of my new licenses. When I checked “my documents” online, it said my driver’s license was “valid” – so, in a day or two my new license was uploaded to “my documents”.
On March 22nd, the remaining $1,250 from March 8th was processed. Why wasn’t something from Feb 18th processed first? I went on chat daily from March 28th- March 31st and asked to have my payment processing escalated. Four chat sessions and nothing was done. Now, it is April 3rd and the last activity on my account is March 22nd. Nothing is being done! I have thee pending withdrawals for a total of $7,500 from Feb 18th and one pending withdrawal of $2,500 from Mach 20 – this was the withdrawal that was denied because of my “expired” license.
