Still waiting on my $500 payment

Hi I requested payout of $500 on March 30th . Went out of my way to make sure they Wild Vegas casino got what they needed right away . it seemed like they always needed one more thing or they needed something sent again. They are good with that now. On Thursday April 22 I contacted the casino through chat. The rep told me my request has been approved. But she couldn't give me a date or time frame of when payment will be sent but rest assured payment will be sent. That isn't very assuring and is a unreasonable answer. In my mind Im thinking ok that could be 5 mintues from now or 5 months from now. If at all. I am new to online casinos. Dont know what the normal wait time is. But I do know is if I go to a casino I win i show my ID and they pay me. I played on another site, won sent them info needed, received payment the next day. So waiting almost a month is a long wait for me. Sorry if Im impatient just feels like Im getting the run around. If they could at least give me a date that would be appreciated . thx for the help. Oh I can forward the emails for proof just need a email address

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.

Extended Payout from casinos time frame given

I have all communicational responses, transaction history, amount of both deposit and withdrawal requests, all account info and any information acquired for purposes of having all information documented for any reason I need to, for protection of my own identity, financial disputes and or any reason I should have to show my side of all interactions with wild Vegas casino and my third party affiliate here at askgamblers.

With that said... I just want my payout of $800.05.

I put in for request and have kept eye on it's progress I was given 7 to 10 days for approval from chat agent reps and also I read the casinos agreements and policies. To which I have yet been approved for my payout and it was turned in on December 18th 2023 and should have already had the process ping for payout now.... I didn't read reviews about the site until recently and I was very disappointed and nervous about what I have read in regards to them and their payouts.... I wouldn't have deposited had I known the length of time and the process I've seen others have to endure just to receive their winnings.

I have all verification approval through them I have email and a chat providing that statement of proof and also I made a clean deposit no bonuses attached nor have I used one after because I'm waiting on my winnings just so I don't get encounter another issue or something in getting it.

With that said... I should have gotten approved and my withdrawal in process by now. I would like to involve you guys bc of the the hassle of trying to reach their agents is SOOOO much time wasted, just to be told the same things or feel as if nothing is moving forward.

Email is also hard to get a human or any correspondence back it's useless pretty much. Please help on resolving this and me getting my payout!!
