Wild Vegas Casino - slow pay and lack of communication

I put in for a withdrawal from Wild Vegas, on February 4th, for $1300. Only $1000 of it was approved, because of limitations in the promotion that was used, on the 15th of February. I have yet to see a check and am told by customer service that my withdrawal has been sent to a third party processor and that I would receive a tracking number when the check was sent. Please help me expedite because I was told that it would take 10-14 days from approval to receive a check and it's been 17 business days with no news as to what is going on.

I received my check today. The process was a bit slow and could use some improvement but the check was delivered as promised. I would like to withdraw my complaint. I would also like to thank "askgamblers" for providing a forum for people to go to in order to resolve issues they might have with the casinos.
