So I decided to go with Wild Vegas casino without previously researching them. Yea not smart. I started by getting verified for withdrawals. Submitted all requested info. I was informed that I was indeed approved for withdrawal. Deposited using Bitcoin. Picked a bonus with no playthru no max cash out. Won 1700.00 and submitted a withdrawal.

After the 7-10 days of checking in daily, I was told that they were missing a credit card authorization so I submitted it along with all the docs again. After 24 additional hrs, I checked back and the withdrawal had been denied due to missing docs. I attempted to reach a supervisor and no info on how to reach one other than message back in an hour.

Hi Carlton--

I apologize for the frustration you've been having with this.

The approval timeframe does not begin until all documents have been received. As the documents were not completed until the 7th, your withdrawal is still within the normal timeframe. With this in mind, your withdrawal is scheduled to be approved, Wednesday and I would expect the payment to be issued towards the end of this week.

Once I have the transaction details, I'll be back with an update.

Ok Wild Vegas , I will admit although your process is extremely put off and slow, your documents team definitely needs more training. I had to send the same documents multiple times throughout a series of days . Even so you came through with the payment. So this dispute is officially resolved with an experience rating of 3 out of 5 stars and that's only because of the extremely professional team leader Wes Hardaway. Thanks for your help Wes I appreciated it. If anyone wants my opinion on Wild Vegas here it goes. If you are going to play at this establishment I recommend that you have all your ducks in a row before you ever deposit. Use Bitcoin, and understand this , if you forget even one step in the process your withdraw will be delayed. It's not a bad place if you're one of those few who are well organized.
