Requested withdraw on the 23rd, was verified on the 28th but keep getting the run around when i contact live chat. I have been told the 18th, 19th but still nothing. Website states within 7 days after being verified. Live chat keeps saying everything is delayed due to increase of documents being verified.

Hi Jason--
I apologize for the frustration you've been having with this.
Unfortunately, I don't have good news for you, as your withdrawal has been denied. At issue is you've mixed funds, which goes against our terms and conditions:
This all began on 12/16 when you redeemed your first coupon (ICSPINS/25 free spins). On 12/18, you requested a withdrawal of $100, which you cancelled on the 19th. It should be pointed out that based upon that coupon, the maximum withdrawal would have been $100.
Later on the 19th, you made three new withdrawal requests ($400, $175, $567), but shortly after, canceled all three. Thirty minutes after canceling the three withdrawals (you had a playing balance of $1178), you made a $37 deposit. This no doubt was an attempt to circumvent the $100 max cashout for the ICSPINS coupon, as less than an hour later, you requested another withdrawal (this time for $750).
An hour later, you redeemed 1500 comp points ($1500), which adds more to mixing funds.
A few hours later you began a succession of making and canceling withdrawal requests—this continued through 12/21.
On 12/22, you attempted to redeem another free chip (THANKYOU50), which was denied due to maximum uses per month. Later in the day, you requested another free chip (TREASUREGIFT)…again, mixing funds.
This pattern continued on for days, but it’s unnecessary to speak to each attempt to redeem coupons. You already had proven that you were intentionally mixing funds, which goes against our terms and conditions.
As a result of this, your winnings were voided and your $37 deposit was restored to your playing account.
I’m sorry, but there is nothing that I can do to reverse this.
All the best,
Tawni
