Won big then account was closed

Dear Askgamblers Team,

I found out about this casino through Askgamblers and made several deposits at this casino.

After several losses, I made a huge profit of 41.070€. It was a 5000x win.

As a result, my account was checked and I have now been waiting two weeks for the payout.

They are threatening to block my account because there is supposedly a second account with my birthday. Nothing else. A scandal. I have never had an account at this casino.

Of course, I successfully verified my account before making my first deposit.

However, the casino is trying by all means not to pay out my money. It cheats customers who win big.

Please help me to withdraw my money.
