I submitted the withdrawal request 8 days ago, and all my documents have been with them immediately after they requested them. I'm just waiting on €840
I've never had to wait this long at any other place and I've seen reviews stating it's taken weeks and even months. Scary thougnt. I will update the review as time moves on.

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.

On a final note, they have blocked my card from making deposits so I have to find another method for depositing if I wish to continue playing, which is an usual thing to do.
But all In all, I got the money and thats what's important here.
