This has been going on since before 27th. I keep trying to withdraw my money and every 3 days they put it back into my account. They don’t email me and don’t don’t explain why.
I have contacted my bank and have double checked the details are correct. The wait is 47 people long and the website auto refreshes every 5 minutes and kicks me off the chat.
I get no replies from email. i have done this at least 6 times over the last 2 weeks.

We apologize for the delayed response. Please be informed that the customer used her withdrawal funds for playing and later requested account closure. As of 07/11/24 there are no pending withdrawals or active balance remaining on the customer's account.
