I'm a compulsive gambler and have been battling casino and sports betting addiction for over 10 years. The problem is that Wazamba reopened my player account in 2025 without my consent.
According to them, this is due to a system update. I'm not responsible for their IT problems. I'm now requesting a refund of the deposits I lost. (580 euros)Fortunately, this amount is only €580; it could have been much more, but I requested a correction in time.
I trust Wazamba and I'm sure they will resolve this problem. Thank you for your help.
