Wasino not processing withdrawals or returning emails in over 10 days

Wasino has not processed my withdrawal since March 8th.

I have been fully verified for over 4 months. I have had various withdrawals with no issue.

I then made clear I wasn't happy with some of the casino's behaviour and wouldn't be playing anymore so turned over my deposit x1 as they advised in their terms. But the withdrawal has not been processed.

I have tried contacting them numerous times on email and they are now not responding.

The casino has turned into a zombie casino. You can see others on askgamblers having issues and now NO GAMES load on their site.

Games are not available and support not responding

The casino accepted the crypto deposit on March 14th. When it was credited, I could not make ANY game work. All games show "Game does not exist." or an error code such as "Game [gameart-venetia] is not available! DomainId [3021]

Error type: InvalidGame

All error details can be found by logger request id: d3c61f91039d4b29b2ec1c0edf7b84bd". I have immediately initiated a withdrawal of the same amount I deposited, since playing any game is impossible. Live support is on the site, but nonexistent, they never reply there. Support was unresponsive for days, then they replied in email:

"Hello,

Site is operational, and we cannot accept the withdrawal unless you wager the money at lest once.

All the best,

Wasino team"

I have explained, that no wager is possible, since no game is loading on their website. So they wrote:

"Use a VPN , system doesn't let us process your request.

All the best

Wasino team" -

I have written back to them: "The following VPN countries have been used in order to try making ANY game work: Germany, France, Uzbekistan, Japan, South Africa, Austria, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Czechia, Spain, Thailand

What else shall I try?" - then they never replied again.

Withdrawal request number is #2530994193, which still to this day shows as pending.
