Wasino not processing withdrawals or returning emails in over 10 days

Wasino has not processed my withdrawal since March 8th.

I have been fully verified for over 4 months. I have had various withdrawals with no issue.

I then made clear I wasn't happy with some of the casino's behaviour and wouldn't be playing anymore so turned over my deposit x1 as they advised in their terms. But the withdrawal has not been processed.

I have tried contacting them numerous times on email and they are now not responding.

The casino has turned into a zombie casino. You can see others on askgamblers having issues and now NO GAMES load on their site.
