Stalling refund on a deposit amount I made in error
Hi, i felt the need to submit this as i didn't want there to be any delay... which i really hope wont be the case.. but its not looking promising...
Basically on my lunch break yesterday I wanted to deposit $20 but instead of 20 I entered my cvv numbers into that box and put in a huge 248.00!!!! Whoops. I feel so silly and upset and stressed out at the same time over the whole issue/deposit. Haven't played or touched the deposit or free spins that came with it for that reason as i honestly need it back asap. I spoke with chat guy asked for all the details and also to email refund@customersupportcenter.com
Must admit they were quick to respond and also said they will process my refund straight away! When asked how long this would take and Claire in refund dept said itll be back in my CC within 24hrs!!! Fantastic!!
So why is it when I go to log in the balance is still there on my account? You would think that would be the first thing they would remove! To get the process going/started. Instead of it still just being there...? Why hasnt it been actioned if u claim that itll be dobe WITHIN 24hrs.... Thats what has sorta raised alarm bells in my head. I did email Claire on that email asking about this to NOW which I havent gotten any reply.
