Hello there

I started to play at wagmicasino.io like a month ago. Everything was fine, withdrawals worked super fast, usualy i got the money in 2-3 Minutes (crypto). I am also fully verified on the site. However on Friday they suddenly started to delay most withdrawals. I had a big win on Razor Returns and they just didnt paid the money. They said it may take up to 24 Hours according to their terms, I said thats fine and waited. I did another withdrawal that worked instantly again, but the bigger win was still pending.

After 24 Hours, the Casino started to apologize for the delay and said they are talking to the financial department. The withdrawal was on Friday 18th of August, now its Monday 21st of August and they still havent paid me. Yesterday they said it got approved by financial department and should arrive in no time, and here we are another 24 hours later and I still didnt got anything. Its very annoying and frustrating to me, they keep apologizing and give out false promises over and over again.

Just an update, nothing changed another full day later, everything is still pending.

Hello there and thanks for opening the case. The total ammount is 0.455 Ethereum or 743,20 $ usd. They paid me 1 of the withdrawals with a massive delay, but 2 are still pending. So the pending ammount is still $ 743.20 or 0.455 Ethereum.

Does not process payments to players as stated

Before I joined their website, I chatted to ask for support for depositing and withdrawing money. They replied that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.

Then I deposited about $100 to play after I played and won 90$.

Then I made a withdrawal order of $190 but it's been almost 48 hours and they still haven't processed my withdrawal order while they said withdrawals would be processed within 24 hours.

Wagmi casino payment delayed for 3 weeks

I asked for a withdrawal September 8th, but still no payout and no information regarding payout.

At first they said that they were having some difficulties with the withdrawal processing, then finance department needed additional time to check my request, and then withdrawal was still under the review process, then that the situation might seem a bit uncertain, but rest assured, they are making every effort to expedite my withdrawal request and finally, they have started ignoring me.

Dear Askgamblers,

On the 28th of July 2023 I deposit 4 Times on WagmiCasino.

As u probably know this is the first Casino with NFT. Nfts on this Casino Provides u Deposit Bonuses and Cashback.

I am the owner of the Bronze NFT and this provides u a daily Cashback of 5%.

On the 29th of July I was waiting for the Cashback and the System does not Provide me the Cashback and I Contact the Support multiple Times.

Unfortunately there are no Updates and I did not receive anything.
