I have a pending BTC withdrawal of 250€ submitted on December 26th, 2025. It has now been nearly 3 months with no payment processed. KYC verification was completed successfully. Every time I contact live chat or support, I only receive generic copy-paste responses such as "please be patient" or "we will sort this out as soon as possible."
