They ignore messages and write that they are closed

Why is this casino still here? It closed!
I deposited a € 240 bonus. I played the wager. The balance had 600 euros, after clearing back it became 240 (Depot Amount). I wrote in support, they said they would soon resolve the issue. A month has passed, there is no answer, my messages are not answered. And recently I received an email that the casino is closed !!!
The amount of bets did not increase when playing for bonuses (Not the first year in the casino).
After writing off, the bonus doubled in roulette and withdrew. But since then, my messages have been ignored. The money for the write-off was not returned.
I can provide a history of balances and rates.
