I submitted a withdrawal for this casino 2 weeks ago and it is still pending. I have contacted Live Help so many times and all they say to me is that they have emailed the withdrawals process and they are not prepared to take any responsibility. I have emailed the banking team directly loads of times and never receive a reply. Live Help say there is no telephone number for this casino and they only people we can speak to is them but they cant actually help you with anything. I would like to know when my withdrawal is going to be processed.
