Withdrawal canceled money not returned to my account

I have been trying to resolve my withdrawal, now cancelled by Vegas Lounge Casino..

I received an email to say my withdrawal was cancelled, but for no apparent reason, and it said my funds have been returned to my account. This is not showing on my account, so I reached out to live chat to ask about the complaint process and was given an email address but when I send it through it comes back as undelivered.

I have screenshots attached for some of my emails and live chat..to this day, my funds have not been returned to my casino account.
