Email verification issue not possible to withdraw funds
I registered at this casino on June, 23rd, deposited 1500 usdt and made 3x rollover. As I usually do in new casino to see how they deal with new players. When I tried to withdraw I was asked to verify my email address. I did try it few times but never get any emails from the project.
I reached online support and they advised me to make a video with me sending new request and showing my email box with no email from them (kinda nonsense) BUT at that moment I started to get an error message like 'too many requests' so I could not request confirmation email anymore.
They said to wait 30 minutes but even after one hour I was still getting same error message. So for some technical issue on casino's side I cannot claim my balance for withdraw because of 'unverified' email. I have a gmail box and never had any problems with emails from casinos. Yet unconfirmed email was not a problem when depositing and casino accepted my deposit and bets.
Later on online chat support told me:
"Emails have already been fixed and should be arriving. Now just wait until the request limit is lifted, which usually takes no more than 1-2 hours."
I tried 12 hours later but still was getting message of 'too many requests' so I was unable to get verification email.
Next day June, 24th online support behaved in rude and unprofessional manner ignoring my questions and only confirmed that I must send video as requested. I provided screen shot showing error message and asked for advice. Also tried via another browser with same effect.
They rejected to provide support email address (never shown on the casino web site), rudely ignored my query on support email for 5 times. I found some affiliate department's email and sent them request with no response as well.
Online chat just stopped responding.
Casino prevents me from email verification and thus from sending withdrawal request. Holding my funds with no clear reason provided, with no response or help from online support, ignoring my questions and being totally incooperative, showing no intension to resolve the issue or clarify what is the essense of the issue.
I ask your help to clarify the situation.
