I deposited 100 EUR into Vasy Casino via credit card on 05/24/24. The deposit was never credited to the casino and I never got the money refunded to my credit card.

I have already communicated with Vasy Casino several times by email but unfortunately without success.

I have provided evidence that the transaction was received by Mountberg Ltd.
As of today, I have not received a refund on my credit card.
In order to continue the process, my bank requires the following documents:
Recipient account holder’s full name.
Recipient account details.
Recipient account transactions – from the payment date until today.
Bank logo.

We got the confirmation from the relevant team that we haven't received the deposit money for this transaction.
