Good evening,
I´'ve made a payout request on 11/17/2017 to only see it "approved" (yes first you get an email saying its denied but when you check your account you can see the bonus removal and the remaining being approved) on the 12/06/17. It has been more than a month that the request was made and the only answer I get from live chat is apologies but the payment has not yet been sent for processors and thank you for your patience.
I dont like to fill complains to get things flowing but if the only way to get things sorted is to have TAWNI chasing payments through complains then i would like to request an alternative way to contact you when problems arise.
