Unibet Casino - Having Verification Troubles, Casino Not Willing to Help

After several deposits i recently won one bet and decided i would withdraw my £92 pounds after sending in a digital copy of my passport and both me debit card & credit card front and back pictures my verification details where rejected, Unibet have not provided any reason as to why these were rejected but have asked for a letter from the bank manager stating that the card ending 4382 belongs to myself. I have visited the bank and they are not willing to provide this due to possible fraud if it got into the wrong hands. I have since written to Unibet asking for an alternative as the bank will not supply this documentation but they have assured me that this is not an unreasonable request and the bank can do it if you see the bank manager now to me they are just trying there hardest not to withdraw funds, they are happy to take from you but not give back, i have found their customer service absolutely shocking, does anyone know what i can do?

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of Unibet Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is reluctant to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.
