Hello, my name is Kristina < surname removed >and o wish to complain about my frozen account from Unibet.co.uk
Let me explain the situation, i open account with Unibet and made deposit, i made profit around 5k GBP and request withdraw via Bank Transfer.
Unibet request me documents for verification, no matter that my account was automated verify by system.
So they request me ID and prove of address. I send them my ID and bank statement with stamp of my bank Halifax.
After that they request me picture holding my ID next to my face, i also send it to them.
After that they request me phone verification, i already pass phone verification, they write me that soon i will receive updating meil with info about my account. I wait a week and no respond from there side, so i write them, what's go on, they write me that they still working, after another week i write them again and still the same answered.
So after almost one months from verification my account is still frozen, i did not receive my requested withdraw via Bank Transfer for 5000 GBP.
So please can you help me with that, my username at Unibet is krisicoco
