Hi ! I am an online gambler for almost 14 years.Recently the ONJN , the Romanian regulator for online gambling has restricted many online gambling operators for Romanian market in order to pay a fee to Romanian authorities in order to take bets from Romanians players.It is fair.Ok, I do not have any problems with that although I had lost all my vip player status on many sites that did fail to get a licence in Romania.So I took a look on the approved list for romanian market of online gambling operators and I decided to make my bets with, the Romanian extension of being an online gambler for many years it happened that I had duplicate accounts on other sites, knowing the terms and conditions of many casinos, at my very first deposit with I asked to closed any other duplicate account I had with them and use for deposits only one - nucleardre.I had no problem with that and I have sent all my documents required, so my account with is fully verified.I had deposits and withdrawals on my account nucleardre from is almost a week since I can not get in into my account with Unibet.I have almost 400 euro into my account nucleardre.I asked to have fully access at my account on livechat.I did not get a timeframe from livechat when my account will be reopened. I had not self excluded from Unibet or other sister sites related with Unibet.On livechat they said that my account will be reopened and I will be informed by email about this.I did not expect such a roguish behavior from a well known site like Unibet.I trusted them as they are a well established online gambling operator.I had to mention that I did not take any bonuses from them as deposit match bonuses or something like that. So my question is simple When will Unibet reopen my account nucleardre ?This site is operated by Unibet Germany Ltd with their location in "Fawwara Bldgs", Msida Road, Gzira GZR 1405, Malta.Although I had to say that I expect a positive answer from and if they do not answer in a week on I will file a complaint to MGA in Malta and ONJN in Romania.Hope that this issue will be resolved asap !

thank you Askgamblers ! Due to lack of communication from Unibet Casino you can close this complaint as unsolved.I will file a complaint to the Malta Gaming Authority against Unibet Casino.

Unfortunately, we are still awaiting for the Unibet Casino management to provide the AskGamblers Complaints Team with all the necessary information we requested to be able to adequately review and decide the case.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been in direct communication with the Unibet Casino management over the past week in an attempt to reach to a fair and justified decision, based on rock solid and unambiguous proofs.

Unfortunately, AskGamblers Complaints Team have not been provided with enough valid evidence on behalf management of Unibet Casino which could prove the accusations in general and breaching specific bonus/casino term/s in particular. Therefore we have no other option but to close this complaint as Unresolved, and recommend to the player to forward their issue directly in front of the relevant regulatory body responsible for Unibet Casino. As soon as AskGamblers Complaints Team is being notified about the regulator's final decision on the case, we will comply and mark this complaint accordingly.
