Unpaid 4800 Withdrawal and Account Closure
I would like to file a formal complaint against Twinqo regarding an unpaid withdrawal of approximately $4,800 and the casino's decision to close my account because I reside in Finland.
On October 21, 2026, Twinqo emailed me confirming that my KYC verification had been successfully approved and that my account was verified. The following day, I contacted them to ask when I would receive my withdrawal.
Instead of providing an update on my withdrawal, Twinqo informed me on October 22 that it would no longer accept players from Finland and that my account would be closed.
In the same email, Twinqo stated that my total deposits were $829.25, my total withdrawals were $0, and that they would refund me $829.25. They asked me to provide a cryptocurrency wallet address to process this refund.
However, this does not address my outstanding withdrawal of approximately $4,800 in winnings. I have repeatedly contacted their support team to ask when my withdrawal will be paid, but I have not received a satisfactory response. My most recent follow-up was sent on October 26, 2026, and remains unanswered.
I understand that a casino may change the countries in which it accepts players. However, I do not believe that closing my account should automatically mean forfeiting a legitimate withdrawal, particularly after my identity verification was approved.
I am asking AskGamblers to investigate this matter and help me obtain a clear explanation from Twinqo regarding the status of my withdrawal and the reason my winnings are not being addressed.
