Not being paid out

Last Sunday I decided to gamble on Turbo Vegas. It seemed like a good casino and I read that its very fast paced due to their instant payouts. 

I hit the slots good and was able to initiate a 67k withdrawal. The next morning they asked me to upload some documents for them to authorize the withdrawal and such, which I uploaded immediately. A few hours later the documents got verified so I expected being paid out from here. 


I have talked to the live chat many times and they are not giving me a valid reason on why they haven't paid me out yet. They are giving arguments such as "The team has not started processing your payment yet" or "The payout is so big, we need more time than regular payouts".


I feel like this is just a way to abuse compulsive gamblers, delay the payout as much as possible and hope for them to blow all the balance again.

The documents are verified so I would really like for you guys to start paying me out now, there is no valid reason to hold the money nor is it stated in the Terms & Conditions. Thanks.
