Casino not paying winnings for 7 days

Hello Askgamblers I'm writing this complaint because casino refuse to withdraw my winnings for 7 days.

I have 2 withdraws, there one is 1k EUR other one 2k so in total casino not paying me 3k.

Every time I contact support they say they have backlog problems and will pay as soon as possible. I will add chat with live support and I'm fully verified there.
