Trouble to get my 2800 Euro due to KYC problem
Hi Askgamblers and 24Bettle.
I don’t know where to start.
I try to not use bad language but I’m very upset and frustrated.
I want your help to solve this Case with the this nightmare Casino.
it started the 25 of oktober when i used my visa card to deposit 200 Euro.
The amount was gone nothing on my account.
I told contacted the support to fix that and this took one week until they was on my account.
After that i played and was able to win 2800 euro.
I ask for a deposit and that was ok.
The deposit was made on 3 of november 03:47b am.
In the same time i sent in all mic kycs to them around 20 in total.
ID, utilitubill, copy of credit card, proof of payment, bankstatment with IBAN, SWIFT, My name, and the date.
After that i waited 4 days until now.
The cancel my withdrawal and they don’t accept my bankstatment.
The say that my adress must appear on the bankstatment.
But in sweden your home address never shows in the internet bank.
I talked to my bank twice and try to ask them how i can print a bankstatment with my adress visible.
My bank says that is not possible the don’t show adress in the bankstatment everything else is visible The IBAN,The Account number, the date etc etc. But not my living adress.
I also talked to a friend who has different bank than me NORDEA i have SEB.
He told me the same his address didn’t show up when he print a bankstatment.
24Bettle forced to accept that i told them that i can send anything but they refuse to accept that.
I attach all my kycs to askgamblers and try to get my help here.
These kycs was accepted by all other casinos, Thrills, Lucky Dino, Golden Starts, Maria, Reelsland, Sugarcasino, Omnislots, Driftcasino, Leovegas, Intercasino, etc etc but not 24Bettle.
This took away the fun part of playing when you must fight to get your money. I sent them everything i had.
Please Askgamblers help mr with this case its the worst nightmare i ever had in my experience i all Casinon i visit.
I play for at least 50 different casinos but i never get treated like this.

Its take me around 6 hours to take me to a bankoffice beq i live more than 3 hours by car from one. So thats why internet based for me is my only solution.
And that irritate me very much beq 6 hours of wasted time for a studip lite paper that i need beq you can avoid my adress printed on a bankstatment.
Like i said i never been in this office in 5 years.
In sweden office after office close down beq everyone uses intetnet these days.
And all other around 50 casinos never forced me to do that.
Thats why i think its soooo stupid of you to not avoid a litte adress or let me use alternate payment metod beq in not a vip. Skrill visa etc.
Notthing for compensate me for the trouble with my one week delay of my deposit error.
And that doing me sad and that i not trust you.
You could offer me a other solution like skrill i know you can use it. But im not VIP of cource. I could made a small deposit with skrill and provide you with all kycs for tjat.
But no cooperate from your side.
Thats not a good service and you dont care about customers at all just to earn money.

Its 2 weeks since i deposited now and one week delay to get my deposit beq of problem in their payment systems.
They can't offer me skill or visa withdrawal either.
