Missing deposit for three days

A deposit that left my bank account but never reached the casino. Has status as pending at the casino, but that is a status they can keep forever if they want to.

Support tells me that the relevent department is loking into it. To be honest four days is to long with no info about the transactions or more then enough time to look into it.
