We received the complaint and have reviewed our player's account.
On all slot games we have a Paytable were all odds can be found. Double checked and all of them are working properly.
We do offer a 10% daily cash-back based on net losses on our Player's Edge Casino. This is done automatically at midnight by our system. On 5/17 net loses were $51 and received $5 back the next day. Also on 5/23 credited $3, which still available, out of the $30 net loss. Loses on High Roller or Live Dealer are not included.
Also reviewed deposit options complaints. The first 2 deposits were made via credit card, where funds are available immediately. I have reviewed the 2 Western Union deposits with detail:
1st WU: (2:25)Client gets instructions from us for the deposit, after an hour and a half (3:52) calls us back with the control number and funds were available within 30 minutes (4:20)
After 30 minutes of confirmation from 1st deposit, 2nd name is requested.
2nd WU: (4:52) Instructions are given, this time took around 15 minutes to provide control number (5:06) and in minutes funds are ready to use (5:36).
We do regret client is not happy with our service. Even though he received 100% bonus on his last 2 WU deposits and on his initial deposit, we will add an extra $25 bonus for him to enjoy.
