150 Match Just Kidding
I've been misled, disrespected and treated like an idiot. I received 2 personal calls from Touch Casino (most recent call was yesterday) offering 150% match on my next deposit. I chatted to receive the bonus and was told there was no record of this offer but the rep would look into it. I then receive an email confirming the offer and to deposit then chat to get the bonus of 150% match up to $500. I did that... deposited and chatted then was told it's not actually 150% in one bonus but rather 3 separate bonuses...75%, 50% then 25%. This was not told on either recorded call or via the email I received.
The csr rep deflected stating the manager told them AFTER the email was sent...yet Deobrah didn't send another email after the initial one stating that she made a mistake. Because it wasn't a mistake. That is what I was offered on both calls and confirmed via email. 150% up to $500 at 35x playthrough.
I demanded to receive the bonus I was offered. Even after sending proof of the email, nope. Instead, I was told it would be escalated. And if I hadn't said anything, the csr rep wouldn't have bothered to mention that I can't spend any of the deposit money or I can't get the bonus. This is not right!!!
