Unable to pay me as promised

On February 10th I requested a payout of $875. I was told the processing & delivery time is 15-20 business days (also see the attached screenprint). I have written several times and even called in. They said they will email me a tracking number once their processor as given it to them. Today is 3/22/17 - well beyond their stated 15-20 business days. I do not have any rollover or bonuses to cloud the payout. As of now they still cannot tell me when I will be paid out.
