The casino hasn't processed my withdrawal for about a week, however, the ToS states 36 hrs as the average withdrawal reviewing time.

The support dodges my questions, telling me to wait for some more time. Again, and again, and again - the same scenario. They are ''solving the issue'' (c)

No result AT ALL.

Please help.

Support ignores all questions and always avoids answering anything

Hi. I registered in this "casino" because I got a promotional mail from AskGamblers and trusted it because I thought AskGamblers filter the scam sites and only promotes legit casinos, but it seems all these promotional mails are sent automatically, which may include scam sites like this one (tokendevils.com).

I registered and verified my account, made a deposit, played and won a bit, tried to withdraw on january 15 and the balance has been stuck in the account ever since. Support ignores all questions and always avoids answering anything, spamming the same message over and over again. I played with clean money, no bonus and the account is verified. This "casino" is a scam site that only accepts deposits but never processes withdrawals as seen in this complaint and many others, the casino masquerade is only to lure users to deposit funds.

I would like to recommend AskGamblers to be more careful and filter these promotional mails to only advertise legit casinos to not endanger users, there is a big difference between losing money playing (which is acceptable) and losing money because a scam site took it.

TokenDevils not paying since January 3rd

On the 3rd of January 2024, I won 2999€ on Tokendevils.

Account verified but they do not pay.

It seems it has been an automated message for 2 weeks when I ask via email why they are not paying. The same message I get every time below and nothing changes.

Hello,

I Played on this Casino for some days now and I Finally got to the point where I can make a withdrawal.

I made the withdrawal for 900€. Sadly the Casino is not reacting to emails and the live chat is always typing the same things over and over again.

I am waiting for far more than the 36 Hours stated and the rules withdrawal time. Now After Reading the Other complaints that have been waiting for weeks, I have the feeling we played on a Scam Site. I am not sure why you would advertise bonuses here on the site then…

I sent in my KYC 4 times now after my First withdrawal got declined. I thought the license on the Site was Trustworthy and the different „Good“ reviews were also trustworthy But it seems like it is a huge chain of scam.

Can you somehow help me?

24 days still no withdrawal

Hello, I played at TokenDevils Casino on the 10th of December. I requested my withdrawal the same day and I have still not received my cashout of 3500SEK (310EURO). I sent in my KYC the same day as well and got verified a couple of days later... I don't really know what to do anymore, they don't answer via mail and you just get the same messages when you contact them in Live chat.
