Delayed withdrawal of 2144 euros

TikTakBet is delaying my withdrawal of 2144 euros. The time frame stated on their site is three days, while it now has been one week. Their support won't say anything, and their department handling it has not contacted me. The account is fully verified, and it's starting to get quite frustrating. All they do is request my patience, and they're doing literally nothing to process the payouts.

Waiting for remaining 1000 Euro

Withdrawals total 1,500

I have received 500 of 1500 euros.

Can only withdraw 500 at a time at this casino. after many days back and forth, I finally received the first withdrawal of 500 euros; now I am waiting for the remaining 1000 euros. I have now tried to make a second withdrawal of 500 euros, but then they suddenly asked me to submit a new document even though I am verified already. I submit what they ask for, but nothing happens. All they do is just cancel the withdrawal.

I consider this case resolved when I have received the remaining 1000 euros (500x2)
