Can't withdraw funds and customer service not responding

Hi! I made my first deposits to TigerSpin using bank transfer/zimpler. I manage to get my balance up to 1050€.

I tried to withdraw with same method but site doesn't allow me to that. There is no message or anything, it just wont go forward when i try to confirm. Maybe it is a technical problem, I don't know...

I sent all the documents and they are approved. Also no bonus involved

Later i made deposit with skrill so I could use it to withdraw. It was accepted but few working days later it was cancelled because my winnings came from using zimpler deposit.

Problem is that I have sent many emails and messages through live chat but cant get respond from anywhere. How i am supposed to withdraw money? Hope you can help me here.
