I am writing this complaint as a customer on the originals casino .. I have a pending ticket that has been unanswered now for more than 4 days which is increasingly alarming as the support has not done anything to resolve it your assistance would be appreciated. This happens after I have tried all means to reach their socials and on site support.attached below are screenshots that indicate the site is likey offline and that's why am seeking assistance as the matter is urgent.
